This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Halifax Regional Water Commission (“Halifax Water”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for RFP P04.2026 - Lake Major Water Treatment Alternative Pumping Arrangement Pump Floatation System, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

Proponents intending to submit a Proposal for this competition shall contact the Procurement Officer to request the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Upon receipt of the Proponent-signed NDA, the Procurement Officer will grant the Proponent access to the designated solicitation documents.
